The Koodoo PEB building was commissioned to expand local logistics throughput. The structure utilizes built-up H-columns, tapered web rafters, and Z-purlins to create a high-strength framing layout with outstanding volumetric efficiency.
Our detailing team integrated anchor layouts and structural steel members. Fabricated elements were hot-primed at our shop, transported to the site, and un-loaded via forklift. Field crew completed rafters alignments, purlins spacing, and structural sheeting in under 15 days.
